We would like to welcome another teacher to the Seela Yoga team! Hanane is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher with Yoga Alliance, a Reiki Master, and a passionate dance instructor from Morocco, North Africa. She weaves together the wisdom of yoga, the healing power of energy work, and the joy of dance as pathways to wholeness and empowerment.
She will be teaching every Monday and Wednesday at 5pm!
Monday - Slow Flow to Stillness!
Wednesday - Evening Stretch & Restore!
