May will be a busy month for us! Wednesday nights with Vanessa, and I will be offering Friday nights at the Domingo Yoga studio, provided the class "makes." I will require a minimum of 8 students to sign up and pay for the month before we proceed, so please share with friends!

Update on our Teal Light Yoga Flow for Sexual Assault Awareness Month on April 25th from 6pm-8pm.

We will be serving fresh, delicious salads made by our in-house chef after the yoga and sound bath session. Salads will be served with the option of house made ranch or vinagarette dressing. There will be meat-free and dairy-free options.
