Afraid of injury in your day-to-day life? Stretching your hip flexors can help to reduce both back and knee injuries! That's why we've shared this exercise for you to try.

1. Position yourself like in the video with your front foot firmly planted into the ground.
2. Keep your back straight and slowly push your hip forward.
3. Continue to push forward until you feel the stretch in your hip and upper thigh of your kneeling leg.
4. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then switch legs :)

- Lie down on your back on a mat with your knees bent and legs hip-width apart.
- While pressing your feet into the floor and contracting your abs, raise your hips to your point of control.
