Our dry needling crew is growing! 👏

This past weekend, JaiLynn, Kyle, and Robbie headed to Knoxville, TN (Go Vols!) to complete a dry needling certification course.

That brings our certified dry needling team to:
Michael, Brian, KJ, Robbie, JaiLynn, and Kyle.

We’re proud of this crew for always pushing themselves to learn more and bring the best care possible to our patients.

Most people online look successful.

But when you meet them in person… it’s different.

This week, I had the chance to spend time with Aaron Horschig from Squat University, and it was one of those rare meetings where the person is exactly who you hoped they’d be.

He was incredibly generous with his time.
Completely open with his knowledge.
No ego. No gatekeeping.

Just someone who genuinely wants to help people.

This was evidenced by him saying, "I've created content every day for 6 years, and made 3 posts every day for 6 years." What. A. Machine.

What impressed me the most though wasn’t just his expertise — it’s that he’s actually built a life around something he’s passionate about and really good at.

He’s aligned his work, his mission, and his strengths… and turned it into something that helps millions of people move better.

That’s rare.

Really grateful for the conversation and everything he shared.
