Let me say something that probably needs said...I love seeing my patients feel better. That’s always the goal.
But there’s something that happens often in healthcare that doesn’t get talked about enough.
A patient comes in frustrated, exhausted, and not getting answers. We spend time digging deeper, connecting the dots, building a personalized plan, and actually getting results. And then…
Once they feel better, they go back to their primary care provider and say, “I’m just going to have them take it from here.”
Here’s the honest truth:
👉 Getting you better wasn’t accidental.
👉 It wasn’t guesswork.
👉 It wasn’t luck.
It was time, training, pattern recognition, and a level of care that goes beyond surface-level medicine.
I’m always happy to collaborate with other providers. That’s how healthcare should work. But please understand—there’s a difference between maintaining a stable situation and knowing how to get you there in the first place.
If you value the outcome…respect the process and the person who helped you achieve it. Because real healthcare isn’t just about feeling better once—it’s about knowing how to keep you there.
And that’s where expertise matters.
