They slip, trip and fall too!

Signs of pain in dogs can be obvious, like limping or yelping, or they can be more subtle and difficult to detect. The following behaviors may indicate your dog is in pain:

Limping
Yelping
Not playing as much
Sleeping more
Irritability
Lowered tail
Reluctance to jump or climb stairs
Decreased appetite
Excessive licking
Excessive vocalization
geriatric pets
post-surgical care
recovering from an illness or injury
muscle spasms and nerve problems
Maintenance of spinal and joint health
Event and sports injuries especially if they are involved with competitions as in agility

Did your know...

We have a Class IV Therapeutic Laser at our office. Laser therapy works on the cellular level to enhance healing by getting nutrients in faster, clears cellular waste and toxins therefore decreasing inflammation.
