I create trauma-informed healing spaces using creativity, body awareness, and gentle movement to help people reconnect with themselves.

Sometimes I take bathroom selfies. 🤷‍♀️ because I’m human, like the rest of you. And because I like to wear bright colors that make people smile. I like to believe it let a others know I’m a safe space.

My biggest dream is for the world to be a place that feels cozy and comfortable for all who inhabit it. For those who struggle to feel the warmth of their neighbors’ hug. For those who thrive to be a beacon of hope for those who need it. For our world to be one collective community who nurtures and cares for one another.

Ahh… idealistic thinking. But we can start with one human at a time, let’s deal with the most important one first, ourselves. ❤️
