Hello everyone!

Are you concerned about your kids navigating big emotions, building confidence, setting boundaries, and forming healthy relationships? Many kids gravitate towards screens because it’s familiar and comfortable, but there’s a whole world within them that’s waiting to be explored.

Complex trauma is this insidious thing. We assume that we didn't have it that bad, there was a roof over our heads, and we know our parents did our best, but we still carry these old stories that are just dying to come out so they create a pattern. It's so freeing when you finally let the story out. The pattern loosens. One client this week said, "I'm so much lighter, I'm not taking things personally, I'm so different, I feel so good."
