We want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for the recent delays and frustrations many of you have experienced at our pharmacy. We recently merged with Galaxy Pharmacy and transitioned to a new software system. While this change is ultimately meant to help us serve you better, the adjustment period has been more challenging than we anticipated.
We understand your time and health are incredibly important, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Our staff has been working tirelessly to navigate this transition, but we know we’ve fallen short in keeping up; and for that, we apologize.
