Maria Droste Counseling Services Mental Health Counseling & Holistic Therapy Services Our staff, interns and volunteers represent a cross section of backgrounds and religious affiliations.

We offer Mental Health Counseling and Holistic Therapy Services to nurture body, mind and spirit for adults and yourh regardless of race, creed, religion, national origin, gender and sexual preference. We use a sliding fee scale so all can afford our services whether or not you have insurance or are able to pay your copays or deductibles. Our services are provided in accordance with the professional standards and certifications required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the appropriate professional organizations.

🎤 Speaker Spotlight: Liam Martin! We’re honored to welcome Emmy Award-winning journalist and mental health advocate Liam Martin as the speaker for Fashion for Compassion 2026.

After a 15-year career in television news — anchoring for WBZ-TV and reporting for WCVB-TV — Liam made the courageous decision to step away from his dream job to prioritize his mental health and family.

Today, he uses his voice to encourage more open conversations about mental health, especially among men and fathers who often feel pressure to struggle in silence.

We are grateful to have Liam share his story and advocacy with our community.
