Notice what happens.

Feeling disconnected from your body? 🤍
It’s not random.
Most of us were never taught how to feel safe feeling.
So we learned to:
push it down
numb it out
ignore it
stay in our heads
Because at some point… that felt safer.
But over time, that disconnect turns into:
anxiety
numbness
overwhelm
feeling like you don’t even know what your body needs
It’s not that you can’t connect to your body.
It’s that your body doesn’t feel safe enough yet.
And that can be rebuilt—gently.
You don’t have to force yourself to “feel everything.”
You just need to create small moments of safety again.

Lay on your back and put your legs up the wall.
Stay here for at least 5 minutes.
Let your body be supported.
Notice what happens.
Does your breath slow down?
Does your body feel heavier?
Do you feel even a little calmer?
This position helps shift your body out of stress mode
and into a more relaxed, parasympathetic state.

What are SEFI dots? 🤍
SEFI dots are small adhesive patches infused with specific frequencies
that are placed on targeted points on the body.
