Help your child grow up healthy and strong.
Wellness visits are a simple way to help your child grow, learn, and stay healthy. They’re also the best time to make sure vaccines are up to date.
At each visit, your child’s doctor checks growth, answers questions, and helps you plan for a healthy year ahead.
✅ Stay on track with regular checkups
✅ Ask if vaccines are up to date
✅ Protect your child and your community
Together, we can keep your child’s health moving forward.
SIU Medicine | Forward. For You.
