Grey area drinking is the quiet conflict that eats away at you long before anyone else notices.

It’s that space where alcohol isn’t a crisis, but it’s far more than a casual choice.

You keep telling yourself it’s fine. You keep convincing yourself you’re in control.

But deep down you know it’s taking more than it’s giving.

That’s the truth most people avoid because it feels easier to stay in the grey than step into the clarity of living alcohol free.

If you’re ready to stop circling the same questions and finally take control, my Elite Coaching is open.
This is where you get the structure, support and straight talking you need to get sober and stay sober.

Just as a child's toy was not designed to support the weight of an adult, we were not created to carry the weight of our burdens. God wants us to hand them over to Him! 😎👍

Breaking Free FAQs

❓Do I have to be a Christian to attend the meetings?
NO. Where you are in your mindset towards Christ doesn’t matter, He loves you no matter what.

❓Will I be pushed to attend your church or any other church?
NO. Breaking Free is sponsored by New Community Church but it is a stand alone group.

❓Will there be a fee to attend?
NO. We do “pass the basket” for donations to help cover child care, when needed, but you will never be pressured to give.

❓WillI anyone try to “fix” me?
NO. We are only here to support, encourage & guide you in how to recover from your hurts, habits or hangups by working the steps and the principles and learning through Christ’s teachings.

❓Do the group leaders really understand what I’m struggling with?
YES. All of the leaders have completed the 12 Steps and have dealt with or are still dealing with their own hurts, habits and hangups.

❓Do I have to give my name, information or say anything?
NO. You never have to say anything if you don’t want to. You are always welcomed to come and just listen.

❓Will people tell others that I was there or what I said?
NO. Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements of the group. Who is seen here and what is said here stays here. If this rule is ever broken, it will be addressed directly and immediately.

❓What should I expect to experience at this group?
-There will be a very welcoming, accepting and upbeat atmosphere.
-The meeting is broken into two 45 minute blocks, the first being “large group” and the second being “small groups”.
-Large group format contains worship songs, reading the 12 Steps and their Biblical comparisons, a lesson or testimony, a “chip” ceremony and prayer.
-Small groups are broken into male and female groups. This is time to reflect on the lesson, testimony or share whats on your mind.
