Everyday in the office you hear me talk about the importance of the 3 pillars of our health & that is adjustments, exercise, & nutrition. For most of my adult life I had found it impossible to have a good balance of all 3 of those & at the beginning of this year I realized it wasn’t impossible, I just wasn’t making it a priority. So I decided that I will take this community at Haley Family Chiropractic along on that journey as I make the time to prioritize my health & I hope that maybe you realize that you do have 30 minutes to lift some weights or go for a walk or an hour to make a few healthy meals to eat through the week EVEN with the kids pelting you with a foam baseball or asking you a million questions!
As a busy mom, wife, & chiropractor I came to the realization that nobody is going to do this for me. If I want to keep up with my kids, adjust so many amazing people, & be a present wife, I HAVE to do the things that matter. So come along with me on that journey as I show you what I’m doing & how I’m doing it to finally make my health a priority!
