➡️What is Spinal Decompression??
•It is a type of motorized traction that may help relieve back pain & other symptoms! The machine works by gently stretching the spine, taking pressure off of the spinal discs. As a result, bulging or herniated discs may retract, taking pressure off of spinal nerves & other structures. It also helps promote movement of water, oxygen, nutrients, & circulation.

•We don't think Spinal Decompression should cost you an arm & a leg, we try to keep it affordable!🤗 (Just like all of our other therapies)

Next week, patients will officially be able to add some ❄️Cold Therapy❄️ to the end of any of their adjustments or treatments!!
(Not that anyone wants to discuss the cold with these negative temperatures coming our way🥶)

➡️Dr Alex recommends ice to her patients ALL THE TIME! And, well, sometimes it's just easier to do it right away, before you leave the clinic!

➡️10 minutes of Cold Therapy over an area of pain or inflammation: $5.00

🧊When you apply ice to an area that's experiencing pain, it's more than likely that those muscles are also inflamed in the area. Ice will constrict your vessels, helping push that inflammation out of the area, calm down the muscles & help relieve some of the pain🤗
