We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Karina of Cosmic Girl for inviting us to be part of such a beautiful Full Moon meditation at The Kemper Center. 🌕✨

Her meditation guided each of us to release what no longer serves us and step more fully into the highest version of ourselves… such powerful, transformative energy in the room.

And wow… thank you for letting me play the heck out of my drum! 🥁🔥 There is something so primal and freeing about letting that rhythm move through the space.

Grateful to share in this experience with such an incredible community. 🫶

Last night’s 6 PM and 8 PM Resonance & Clearing events were truly magical. The energy that came through for the collective healing of both groups was profoundly beautiful and deeply moving. I rarely pre-plan the specific type of clearing, trusting that Lisa’s Sound Journey will guide everyone into the perfect space for exactly what is needed in the moment and the perfect guides will be there to help all that come.

Lisa and I are so incredibly grateful for each of you and for your continued support, it means more than words can express. 💞😇🙏

This is to remind everyone for tomorrow night’s Resonance and Clearing event, to please bring your blanket and anything else you need to make yourself comfy.
We have yoga mats and cushions provided!

This is a reminder for all of our yoga mat events, (Sound Journeys, and Resonance and Clearing with Lisa & Jill) we ask that everyone pay via Venmo/Zelle to hold your spot. (We only have 10 spots per event 🫶)

Sending a text without payment or marking on the FB event page won’t automatically hold your spot.

We are sorry to those who have reached out for the 6pm Spots , they have been sold out for quite some time, but we do have 2 spots left for next Monday’s 8pm yoga mats.

Please keep an eye out for Lisa’s April 13th- 6pm Sound Journey!! Sign up ASAP because they fill up so quickly!!

Jill and Lisa will do this event again in May.

Today’s Light Language event with Cheryl Stauss was truly beautiful. The downloads and healing codes were deeply captivating and powerful.
