It's Groundhog Day! It's a day of tradition- where a groundhog's emergence from its burrow at Gobbler's K**b in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, is said to foretell the weather. National Get Up Day, celebrated annually on February 1, encourages people to pick themselves up after a setback, sharing stories of resilience and perseverance. Founded by U.S. Figure Skating in 2016, the day honors the determination to get back up, just as skaters do after a fall. It serves as a reminder to overcome obstacles, embrace a positive attitude, and inspire others with your "get up" moments.

It's National Draw a Dinosaur Day! Drawing is a powerful tool for mental health, acting as a non-verbal outlet for stress, anxiety, and trauma by promoting mindfulness, emotional release, and self-awareness, activating the brain's reward centers, and helping shift focus from negative thoughts to the present moment through rhythmic, creative engagement. Also, dinosaurs are just fun!
