St. Albans Sanatorium – Now Booking Private Investigations for the 2026 Season
St. Albans Sanatorium is pleased to announce that we are now accepting reservations for private paranormal investigations for the 2026 season. We welcome both experienced investigation teams and groups seeking a private, immersive paranormal experience.
Booking Rates
Thursdays & Sundays: $850
Fridays & Saturdays: $1,000
A 50% security deposit is required at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours detailing your scheduled date and important information for your investigation. If your selected date becomes unavailable, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit fully refunded.
The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your investigation. An invoice will be emailed for final payment.
Additional Details
Rates include up to 10 investigators
Up to 5 additional investigators may be added:
$85 per person (Thursdays & Sundays)
$100 per person (Fridays & Saturdays)
Additional participants are payable at check-in
Minimum age: 16
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian for the duration of the event
All equipment must be packed and teams must exit the building by 3:00 AM
Amenities
Restroom facilities available
Break area equipped with refrigerator/freezer and microwave
Power access throughout approximately 90% of the building
Wi-Fi access provided
