Our ladies enjoyed a relaxing afternoon pedicure at Tulip Nails! 💅

It was a treat to be pampered in the massage chair as well. Thanks to their helpful team for making it so accessible and fun for us to enjoy the afternoon.

enjoyed a trip to the nearby Montgomery Museum to view the local art and history displays! 👏🖼️

We enjoyed seeing all the local artifacts showcasing the history of the New River Valley, and our residents appreciated that the museum is housed in the repurposed Bank building in downtown Christiansburg.

Their displays currently include photography and portraiture, Appalachian instruments, American automobile culture, and more. 🎶 📸

We especially enjoyed the collection of miniatures inside safety deposit boxes, in the room that was formerly the bank vault!

The Center for the Arts at Virginia Tech hosted us for a senior matinee performance by the band La Santa Cecilia, named after the patron saint of music! 🎭

The band’s unique sound and instruments include a hybrid style of Latin culture, rock, and world music.

It was an exciting performance as it's always fun to enjoy the beautiful concert hall in the Arts Center, while celebrating our Signature Program. 🎶

Thanks to their team for being so accommodating, as always, for our excited residents!

was thrilled to participate in the NRV Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 💜 👣

We're also so proud to have one of our own family members, Jim, as the guest speaker sharing his experience and wisdom, while one of our residents came along to represent and join the walk too!

Can you believe it’s still been warm enough a few days recently to enjoy some sunshine and ice cream at the Rock House Marina? 🌞

We love Claytor Lake so we’re making the best of the remaining warm fall days with some outdoor outings to soak up the sun.

Thanks to Rock House Marina for always making our residents feel relaxed and at home like we’re on a tropical vacation when we visit their dockside patio. 🏖️

celebrated Veterans Day with a Pinning Ceremony! 🌟

It's always an honor to have so many Veterans living in our community, and we are thankful for their service to our country.

We appreciate the families and friends, several who are also Veterans, who attended in support. 🇺🇸

A big thank you to the Honor Guard from Pulaski VFW Post 1184 for presenting the colors, and to the students from Radford University Army ROTC for helping us honor the military service branches during the ceremony.

The Cub Scout Pack 247- Radford, VA stopped by for a Veterans Day craft and Flag Ceremony! 👏

We spent the afternoon creating suncatcher window hangers for all our Veterans, and the children also made extras for any Veterans in their own families.

After, the Scouts presented the flags and led us in the pledge of allegiance.

We so appreciate their time celebrating with us and we're honored to recognize our dedicated heroes! 💙
