MomaRee's Doula Services HypnoBirthing®️ consists of 5 classes at 2.5 hours each. I’m also a VA State Certified Doula.

The Marie Mongan Method teaches you self-hypnosis, deep relaxation all while utilize affirmations, visualization, education and unique breathing techniques.

Human milk is rich in antibodies and other immune factors that help protect babies from common illnesses like colds, ear infections, and stomach bugs. Even partial breastfeeding provides important protection! Fewer illnesses mean fewer doctor visits and less sick leave taken.
