Just therapy is thrilled to be offering parent coaching and in-school support with Colleen Torrence Turner, M.Ed, LBS.
We’re excited to have Lindsay Mudalel, MS, OTR/L offering OT support at the office on Thursdays and Saturdays to cover a maternity leave.

Happy back to school season!
Some back to school tips & tricks:
1. Establish a morning, after school, and bedtime routine. Make a visual if needed.
2. Get in a little movement before heading off for school
3. Have a crunchy snack right after school
4. Create a drop zone to place school bags, shoes, water bottles, lunch boxes
5. Let your child have some time to decompress after school
