Our friend Leah graduated from PT today. It’s been a long journey for her, and we will miss seeing her smiling face every week, but we’re so excited she’s back to doing everything she loves. We can’t wait to see all the tumbling and cheer comp videos!

Join us for speed and agility training every thursday 3:15-4pm !!!

Speed and agility aren’t just about being “quick.”

They’re about how well you control your body when it matters most.
It’s:
🏃‍♂️ Exploding out of a cut
🛑 Decelerating under control
↪️ Changing direction efficiently
🦘 Jumping with power
🦶 Landing safely and absorbing force

Real speed isn’t just how fast you move in a straight line — it’s how well you start, stop, re-accelerate, and control your momentum.

If an athlete can sprint fast but can’t land properly or control their body during a cut, they’re leaving performance (and safety) on the table.

We train:
✔️ Force production
✔️ Force absorption
✔️ Body control
✔️ Spatial awareness
✔️ Reaction + decision making

Because game speed isn’t just speed.
It’s movement quality under pressure.
