🚨 Cancellation Policy Update – Please Read 🚨
To respect my time and the clients on my schedule, Practically Magic Spa has a strict cancellation policy in place:
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.• Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service.• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.• After 3 canceled appointments, you will no longer be allowed to book future appointments.
This policy is not personal—it is necessary to protect my time and my business. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments cannot be filled and result in lost income. This isn’t a hobby, it’s a full time job.
