RespAirSleep was honored to come visit MED-EL this past Tuesday and share info about sleep with their team.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with community members and fellow healthcare professionals in the Triangle area (Raleigh, RTP), all working toward the shared goal of improving overall wellness. Events like these are a valuable reminder of the importance of education and collaboration in promoting better health outcomes.

Sleep hygiene tip! While you should wash your pillowcase about every two weeks, it's also important to not forget the pillow itself. Wash your pillow at least twice a year to improve your sleep and reduce possible skin problems.
