Super Bowl snack, but make it simple ❤️

This Biscoff + Greek yogurt combo is my go-to when I want something sweet without doing the most 👩🏽‍🍳❤️

You’ll need:
• Biscoff cookie sandwiches
• Biscoff cookie butter
• Greek yogurt

How I made it:
1️⃣ Stir Greek yogurt + a spoon of cookie butter
2️⃣ Sandwich it between Biscoff cookies
3️⃣ Chill for 10–15 min (or eat right away 😅)

Perfect for small batches with friends + football ❤️

I’m hosting a Mobility Method Experience on Saturday, February 14 at Sterling Chiropractic (8320 Suite 152 Litchford Rd., Raleigh, NC).

✨ Two sessions
• 9:30–10:45 AM
• 11:30 AM–12:45 PM

What to expect:
• Guided mobility session (all levels welcome)
• Elevated ambiance + light refreshments
• 30 days of mobility exercises to take home
• Singles & couples welcome

I used to think stretching was enough… but mobility changed how my body actually feels.

Mobility is about moving with strength, control, and ease — not just touching your toes.
The more I move with intention, the better my body feels day to day.

If you’ve been feeling stiff, achy, or just “not like yourself” in your body lately… you’re not broken.
