It's official! Avery Ridge Counseling is open! I'm so greatful to be able to use this space to help so many brave souls find their way through life's hardships, mental health struggles, and addiction.
16 years ago it was my dream to have my own counseling practice. Along the way, I lost sight of that dream and doubted that I could do it. The journey from 16 years ago has been paved with so much learning, growth, yes some hardship, and opportunity. And it's lead me to a place I could have never imagined, all the way back around to my dream.
