Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty

Notice the under eye puffiness. This is due to orbital fat protruding and is a common concern for many. This patient underwent transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty (scarless approach through the inside of the eyelid) to address the mounds of fat. After surgery, the under eye area has a smooth contour and a natural and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Stop the clock with Botox

Cosmetic Botox injections can prevent or improve wrinkles. Areas treated for this patient were the forehead, the glabella (between the eyebrows), the crow's feet, and Botox lip flip to add volume to the lips. In this case a total of 62.5 units were used. Treatments are customized to meet each patient’s goals.

Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty

Notice the puffiness of each lower eyelid. This is due to orbital fat protruding and is a common concern for many patients. While some patients are born with puffy lower eyelids, this is a problem that more commonly develops over time. This patient underwent transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty (scarless approach through the inside of the eyelid) to address the puffiness. After surgery, the puffy areas are no longer visible and the patient has a natural and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
