Ever wonder why you have pain in just one 🦡?

Over striding and valgus collapse are the 2️⃣ most common issues observed in runners with injuries.

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ often have asymmetries, and in the presence of pain, it is important to discover where they exist. Check out the feet in both frames and πŸ‘€ at the difference between the left and right foot.

After a thorough evaluation, we use video to assess running form so we can pick up asymmetries like the overpronation you see on the left side.

Overpronation can contribute to IT band syndrome, knee pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and tendinitis in the lower leg.

Determining whether the cause is limited foot/ankle mobility or poor hip stability, it is important when establishing the rehab plan.

πŸ‘‰ Making small adjustments and improvements can lead to big results and eliminate pain.
