After a thorough evaluation, we use video to assess running form so we can pick up asymmetries like the overpronation you see on the left side.
Overpronation can contribute to IT band syndrome, knee pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and tendinitis in the lower leg.
Determining whether the cause is limited foot/ankle mobility or poor hip stability, it is important when establishing the rehab plan.
