Keto might “work” in terms of weight loss, but it doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Just like steroids might “work” but they are definitely not a good option… There are a LOT of claims out there for products and diets that promise results. Now those claims might be total BS or they might have some truth to them, but either way-“results” aren’t always good or healthy. Take a step back and evaluate safety, mental health, and individual needs when considering any kind of intervention like a supplement or diet. Just because it works for one person doesn’t mean it works for everyone! Oh yeah, and definitely consult a dietitian before doing anything drastic with your diet ‼️

If you are looking for results, you need to do it the right way. If someone makes a claim that seems too good to be true, it probably is!

Trying to build? You definitely need protein, but eating “as much as possible” also isn’t going to be super helpful. Overdoing it on protein can lead to missing out on other important nutrients that your body needs… yep you’re body needs other nutrients even when trying to build muscle! Happy building 💪🏼💪🏼

Energy drinks? Nah…go for carbs instead. If you need a caffeine boost, coffee is a better option.

Does that mean these foods are bad? Nope… but the timing is essential! These foods (or lack of food) are not the best choices for right before exercise because they can be hard on the stomach and don’t provide the carbs your body desperately needs.
