Today was one of the good days. One of the days when things just ✨click✨ for a patient. BOTH morning patients had break through days in therapy- after working hard through months of foundational building blocks. My heart is FULL.

PT isn’t a glamorous job. The daily sacrifices made by patients and their families to work toward their goals often goals unnoticed.

But today, each of my two strong clients had break throughs, and I couldn’t be more proud of them.

This is what it’s all about folks❤️

💥 The POWER of Squatting! 💥

Adults seem to understand how important squatting is for physical fitness and strength. This is a KEY position for little ones! In my sessions, I frequently use squatting for the following benefits:
- Hip and Leg Strengthening
- Balance
- Postural control
- A position of Play

The squat position is an important position for many children to access their environments, and can also be used to build strength, balance, and further motor skills.
