Client Care Coordinators
Remote | Part-Time
Azure Holland is a compassionate, in-home end-of-life care practice for dogs and cats, serving families with presence, respect, and thoughtful guidance during one of life’s most tender moments.
We are seeking calm, polished, and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinators to serve as a steady point of contact for families and to support the flow of daily operations behind the scenes.
This role is not about medical expertise.
It is about holding space with professionalism and grace, while ensuring that communication, scheduling, and logistics are handled seamlessly.
What this role involves
Answering live calls and texts during business hours
Supporting clients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and helping manage calendar flow
Assisting with invoicing and administrative follow-through
Coordinating details accurately and consistently with the team
Helping maintain a thoughtful, polished, high-touch client experience
You may be a strong fit if you are:

emotionally steady and mature
highly organized and detail-oriented
polished in written and verbal communication
dependable and comfortable handling live client communication
able to balance compassion with structure
comfortable working remotely and staying engaged during your shift
Experience
Veterinary or medical experience is not required.
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in:
client care
hospitality
concierge service
customer support
executive assistance
scheduling or operations support
other high-touch service roles
Schedule
This is a part-time remote role.
Exact schedules may vary based on team coverage needs, but applicants should be comfortable with weekday daytime coverage and shared scheduling expectations.
Saturday availability is required on a rotating basis. Applicants do not need to be available every Saturday, but must be able to reliably work scheduled Saturdays as part of a shared team rotation.
Additional hours may become available as the team grows.
