At YoBa Studio, we're on a mission to help you create a diverse exercise routine you love while getting the results you want with Yoga, Barre, Strength & Cardio classes. Built around community and a simplistic approach to teaching we feature hot vinyasa classes open to all levels, heated barre, yin, and a signature combo class "YoBa" in a beautiful infrared heated two- room studio. Conveniently located in Quail Corners shopping center on Falls of Neuse Rd, next to Edward Jones.

Saturday: Anniversary Spectacular🎉 NEW Saturday class schedule exclusive to the anniversary celebrations. ALL classes will feature TWO instructors to double the fun!

Monday, we celebrate 10 years of YoBa Studio 🤍

A whole decade of movement, growth, faith, and community. How is that even so?!

After ten years of leading this studio, our Founder & CEO, Sam, shared something simple but powerful about consistency: It’s not about doing it all or pushing to burnout. It’s about showing up, even in small ways. Choosing rest when you need it. Building rhythms you can actually sustain.

That’s the heart of YoBa. Strength that lasts. Faith that grounds us. Community that carries us.

We are so grateful to step into this next decade led by someone who cares deeply for our members, our team, and the purpose behind every class.
