I’m so excited to be an Ambassador for Love Shine Play Festival, happening July 23–26, 2026, in Asheville, NC.

This is my 5th year returning to the festival! I keep coming back every year because I have so much fun! Some of the best yoga teachers in the world show up to host incredible classes and workshops all over downtown Asheville. I always make amazing new friends each time I go!

Bringing back the men’s beginner yoga class!!! First class is March 26th!

This class is designed for men who are beginners to yoga. No experience, flexibility, or spandex required.

Some men are hesitant to try yoga, and this class is an attempt to help more men feel comfortable with the practice. All are welcome, no one will be turned away.

Tuesdays, at 6pm at Dorothea Dix Park. We will meet near the flower cottage. Try to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class.

Please bring your yoga mat, water, and anything else that you will need to have a comfortable outdoor practice such as sunscreen, bug spray, a blanket, etc.
