Sterling Chiropractic-North Raleigh Providing quality chiropractic care for optimal health and wellness. Dr. Mitchell Sterling has been practicing Chiropractic since 2012.

He holds a doctorate from New York Chiropractic College, with an advanced certificate in Sports Science Human Performance. Dr. Sterling has treated over 10,000 patients and utilizes multiple adjusting techniques. While working as a lead-associate doctor at one of Virginia's top practices he has treated a diverse community including: professional athletes, geriatrics, pre-natal and pediatrics. He uses a holistic approach and specializes in integrating chiropractic and rehab. He focuses on posture correction and core strengthening. During his time in Virginia, he had the opportunity to treat University of Virginia Athletes, in all sports. Being part of an Integrated Medicine practice, he learned how to utilize chiropractic care to optimize injury recovery . Dr. Sterling, his wife Lindsey and their three children recently moved to North Carolina to open their practice and live close to their family. They enjoy the time they spend together going to church, being outdoors, movie nights and taking trips. As a family, chiropractic and wellness are essential and they welcome you to join the Sterling Chiropractic family. He is excited to share his passion for chiropractic and wellness with the Raleigh community!

Staff spotlight! Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Buffalo! He has various roles in our office. Not only will you see him at the front desk-greeting patients and managing appointments, but you will also see him working on rehab with our patients. He specializes in guiding patients through personalized recovery plans to restore mobility, strength, and overall well being. Outside of the office he enjoys going to the gym, gaming, and playing & coaching soccer. Matthew has been an awesome team member, and we are grateful for his hard work at Sterling Chiropractic!
