I promise if you focus on the pillars of health, you will see a difference! It does help, but it does take TIME and effort! Isn’t that what life should be about? Learning.
Here’s how I stay to try and intentional and teach, and what I love to focus on…
👉🏻SLEEP —You must get 7 to 8 hours! I can attest that when I do this, it does really work! It’s still a goal of mine as well.
👉🏻 NUTRITION - anti-inflammatory is at the top for almost everybody! But find your own balance based upon your body and your needs! But I don’t think you can go wrong with anti-inflammatory. Try to limit processed food, and sugar! Yep! A big Yep!
👉🏻 MOVEMENT— we have to move, it is essential!
Focus on range of movement 1st, then start working on your balance and core, start to add resistance! Keep some cardio in there! Walking every day would be amazing. But nobody said you have to run 1000 miles…. Unless you love it! just like there’s no perfect diet, the same applies for movement— you need to find out what works for you! But strength is definitely a key part.
👉🏻CONNECTION— this is what life is all about!! stay intentional. And it’s not just about us. Who are you serving, and loving on? When we all realize, that everyone struggles, and that each one of our struggles are real to us, then we can actually start to connect more. Stop comparing, stop thinking we have the worst case scenario, see each other and love!
Things I would ADD—
❤️ emotional regulation/regulation for our nervous system. Because we all have to slow down a little! Take time do not have anything in your ear and just listen to what works best for you!
❤️ learning how to live for our hormones- to empower us!
❤️
