You qualify to take the Refresher Course if you have one of the following:

- An expired North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry listing number within the past five (5) years.
-A school transcript listing successfully completed courses equivalent to North Carolina State-approved Nurse Aide I training within the past five (5) years.
