WHY ROLLING ISN'T WORKING

Let’s talk about IT band pain 👇

Foam rolling your IT band might feel good for a few minutes, but it’s not fixing the problem. That tight, nagging pain on the outside of your knee usually isn’t an IT band issue at all.

It’s a hip control and strength problem.

The IT band itself doesn’t stretch the way people think it does. When the hips aren’t doing their job, the tension shows up down the chain, and the IT band gets blamed. Rolling harder won’t solve it. Addressing how your hips move and stabilize will.
