Last night I went to a comedy show at Goodnights sponsored by WakeMed, and whew… it was a good reminder that laughter is powerful, but it doesn’t erase the truth: no matter your socioeconomic status, depression and grief can strike anyone.
Check on your “strong friend.”
Check on the one you think has money, success, or “has it all together.”
Check on the people who pour into everyone else.
You never know what someone is carrying behind the scenes. 💛
