Shaking things up a bit and giving you consistency for your practice. I’m so excited to get back to my roots, so to speak, and offer my signature Flow + Yin class weekly, starting Monday Jan 19 at 5:30pm. This class is all levels - challenge for the more seasoned students and modifications to meet you where you are. My classes include workshops time to build proficiency in certain poses. All are welcome!!🤗

Monthly Sound Bath Ceremonies of on the schedule, roughly the 2nd to last Friday of each month. These are more than a sound bath. It’s ceremony, sacred, and an inner exploration, curated for you. It’s meant to take you deep. All are always welcome!
