🌸 Good riddance, cold and flu season. Hello, seasonal allergies. 🤧👋

According to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, over 100 million people in the United States deal with seasonal allergies, eczema or food allergies — that’s nearly one in three adults and more than one in four kids.

So, if you’re battling sneezing, itching, watery eyes, rashes and runny nose that come with allergy season, you’re definitely not the only one.

Let’s Talk Mental Health 💚

Last Saturday, WakeMed was proud to be the Title Night Sponsor of the North Carolina Courage season opener, where we officially launched and spotlighted the WakeMed Foundation’s Courage to Confront Crisis campaign — an effort focused on expanding access to mental health care, raising awareness, and breaking the stigma around seeking help.

More than 100 providers, supporters, and families wore green to spark meaningful conversations, share stories, and encourage open dialogue around mental well-being. 💬

Thank you to our Mental Health & Well-Being and WakeMed Foundation teams — and to everyone who showed up, spoke up, and supported this important cause.
