More than 300 community leaders, government officials and WakeMed Foundation supporters joined us to celebrate the groundbreaking of the WakeMed Whole Health Campus in Garner — a milestone in our mission to deliver whole-person health for our growing community.

“This project sets a new standard in mental health care — breaking down barriers, reducing stigma and providing hope,” said Donald Gintzig, WakeMed President & CEO.

When complete in 2029, the campus will include a 45-bed Acute Care Hospital and a 150-bed Mental Health & Well-Being Hospital — a powerful symbol of the connection between physical and mental health. 💚
