The purpose of this initial chat, is to allow for the mental stressors to get out, so the body can relax. What happens in the mind happens in the body!
We will decide the nature of your session and ensure to understand your wants and needs before we begin. Your session will begin with a heated blanket, guided breathing exercise, hot towel compression and we will begin your healing journey.
A comprehensive treatment plan of action is discussed at the end of the first session, with take away advice, stretches and suggestions to prevent re activating the injury.
