IIf you never expose your body to what hurt it, you might feel better… temporarily. But after weeks of rest, you return deconditioned—and the pain is still there because the root cause was never addressed.
If your back hurts from deadlifting or your knee from running, avoiding it won’t fix faulty movement patterns. Real change comes from addressing how you move, not just taking time off.
