Dr. Earl Barbour was a past president of the NCCA who loved nothing more than his chiropractic family and conventions. He had attended 96 NCCA conventions before his death in 2017. After his passing, the NCCA set up this scholarship fund to continue Dr. Barbour’s love of fellowship and chiropractic.
