Pain during s*x (also called dyspareunia) is common, but it’s not something you should have to live with.

Possible causes include:
• Vaginal dryness or low estrogen
• Pelvic floor muscle tension
• Endometriosis
• Infections or inflammation
• Scar tissue after childbirth or surgery
• Hormonal changes during breastfeeding or menopause

Pain with s*x can affect both physical comfort and emotional wellbeing, but effective treatments are available.

If s*x is painful for you, please know: it’s valid, it’s treatable, and help is available. Let’s talk. 💕

Swimming and cycling are great for the heart, but don’t forget to add some weight-bearing work for your bones, too. 🦴

🏃‍♀️ The current recommendation for heart health:

At least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise.

That’s just 30 minutes, 5 days a week. Walking counts. Dancing counts. Strength training counts.

Movement is medicine for your heart and your bones. 💪
