Samantha Pridgen, LMBT #1996 opened BE in 1992. She and her associate Laura Ghantous, LMBT #1558 have created a unique space that is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Here you may escape the outside world, address any physical issues you may have, and learn stress reduction techniques. We use a variety of therapies to create a unique-to-you session that can differ each time you visit. Termed Advanced Massage Therapy, we combine intuition, technical know how and creativity to correct any imbalances you may have, allowing you leave feeling better and at peace. Some of the therapies we draw from include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Integration, Sports Massage, Cranial-Sacral, Reiki, Polarity, Aromatherapy, and Chi Activation. Body Elemental's goal is to affect positive change in the world one person at a time. Affect change in a person, you affect change in the world.
