Celebrating National Physical Therapy Month the Legacy way!
At Hessler Heights in Leesburg, VA, residents joined an interactive Fall Prevention Obstacle Course and Balance Screening designed to promote safety, strength, and mobility.

Led by Bryanne Brandt, OT and Stephanie DiOrio, PT, RD, participants took on a fun challenge—stepping over hay bales, picking apples, and weaving through gourds—all while learning valuable fall prevention strategies.
