📣Upcoming DBT Group📣

This DBT skills group is designed to help clients build practical tools for managing emotions, improving interpersonal relationships, and navigating life’s challenges more effectively.

In a supportive, structured group setting, participants will learn and practice core DBT skills; including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The group provides a safe space for clients to share experiences, learn from others, and receive guidance from trained facilitators. By emphasizing acceptance and change, DBT helps individuals develop a more balanced approach to life, fostering resilience and improvising overall well-being. This group format is particularly beneficial for those seeking a sense of community while working on personal growth.

📣Offering a Virtual Parent Support Group in January!

This group is for parents of school-aged children who are experiencing feelings of isolation, are experiencing parenting challenges, wondering if they are “doing a good job”, and are searching for support.

The goals of this group are to create a sense of connection/community, develop self-care strategies, and explore strategies for navigating parenting challenges (discipline, communication, etc.).

We will be addressing some of the common concerns during parenting; including the loss of our sense of self, and feelings of guilt and shame.
