Persight’s founder Dr. Adam Meade was recently awarded SIOP’s Hogan award which acknowledges research that furthers the understanding of personality as it relates to job performance, and illustrates innovation and excellence in the field of industrial-organizational psychology.

The winning paper, which uses Persight’s proprietary rapid response technology as its basis, was published in Organizational Research Methods, in 2020. It was written by Meade, Pappalardo, Braddy, and Fleenor. Fleenor and Braddy were at the Creative Center for Leadership (CCL) at the time. Pappalardo was in the psychometrics lab at NC State.

SIOP is the world's leading organization for assessment in the workplace and has a mix of practitioners working with Fortune 500 companies and organizations around the world as well as the world's leading academics studying selection and assessment.

I'm very pleased to announce that we have a new mobile version for phones and tablets that is much easier and more intuitive to use.

Participants get an emailed link that they can click on their phone or tablet and immediately complete the assessment in around 5 minutes. There are no apps to download or special software to deal with. Participants simply click on the button that best describes their response to adjectives.
