Did you have gestational diabetes during pregnancy? You may have a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Small lifestyle changes, like healthy eating and movement, can make a big difference! That’s why GooDMomS, in partnership with DiabetesSisters, was created.

GooDMomS is a 6-month research study designed to support moms who had gestational diabetes during pregnancy. Through GooDMoms, you’ll receive weight management support created specifically for moms.

✨ Participants will receive:
âś” A digital scale and Fitbit
âś” Virtual sessions with a registered dietitian
âś” Possible weight management support with medication
âś” Up to $175 in gift cards (based on the number of completed study visits)

📍Moms must live in the DMV (DC, Maryland, or Virginia) area and attend 2–3 in-person visits at George Washington University.
