Did you know if you have any disability or problem that impacts your reading ability you can have full access to the boundless resources they provide. Namely, immediate access to any audiobook available, no wait times or expiration date. They also have large print available and even braille, as well as books in other languages. No kidding, they’re better than kindle, and have been around since before Netflix 😆 It only takes a short online application with easy verification of need, so please check them out if you or someone you know could benefit from this resource!

This isn’t a boomerang… this is just how I trick my clients into doing extra reps.
When you work with athletes, especially tennis players, you learn that a little humor goes a long way. It’s not always about pushing harder — sometimes it’s about making the grind feel lighter.

This player thought we were just taking a short video, but we ended up getting a few extra sprints in. Call it creative coaching or sneaky conditioning — either way, it works.
